Here’s another hood from the past. Way back in 2008, LebenSim/The Sim Supply/Flabaliki released Orville, a cute little Victorian hood, meant to be an empty decorated hood with CC included.
Unfortunately, it’s not really empty. MTS has labeled it with a warning to use HoodChecker.
Running Hoodchecker will delete all the sims relationships that Hoodchecker can, but it doesn’t really clean the entire hood. The hood was originally built from a Pleasantview and has a subhood attached. There’s data left over from PV lots and sims that were deleted that Hoodchecker can’t address.
But no problem, we can take care of that. I’ve thoroughly cleaned the hood and made a nice clean subhood version as well so now you can safely attach it to your main hood if you like.
These hoods have never been played in my game. They were cleaned with SimPE, HoodReplace, and LotCleaner in build mode only. The hood is just as the creator made it, but cleaner and safer. I did nothing with the CC.
The MTS version was packaged in an odd way that caused some confusion. It’s repackaged here the way we do now with all the lots in the hood folder as expected. Just drop the main hood in Neighborhoods.
The custom content needed is included in the main hood file in a separate folder. Put that folder in your Downloads and be sure to get it for the subhood version as well. The subhood goes in OFB as always.

If you have a game configuration that cannot read 4-letter hood names, just rename the files to suit your game.
I attempted to contact this creator some time ago but did not hear back. As always, if the creator prefers to post this elsewhere, that’s what we’ll do.
