These are the Cozy Kitten Condo and Nuclear Nest houses, clean and empty so you can safely use them for reno or move families in as is.
The houses were taken directly from the install files, cleaned of sim references in SimPE, placed in a clean, empty game environment, checked, cleaned with LotCleaner, packaged, and checked again in SimPE. Both have a butterfly (yellow in Kat, pink in Kim), but they are in the originals, and I don’t think they hurt anything, so I left them alone.
